Working from afar...

My friends,

Five years ago I decided I would no longer neglect the one thing that truly made me feel alive...

I finished my jobs and took this world of music on full time.

Best decision I ever made...

It has led me here... Wednesday, July 1st, 2020... 2:35am... writing to you, knowing that all shows for 2020 are currently frozen, cancelled or postponed...

I‘ve spent a lot of time in reflection over the past couple months...

Thinking...

praying...

planning... and writing.

My Dad mentioned something to me early on when the global lockdowns started happening... he said simply focus on your “can do‘s”...

...it didn’t process right away...

I was caught up in the frustrations of having to begin cancelling any and all bookings...

Severing a summer of shows and removing any chance of seeing all of you...

The aggravation was REAL.

After a few weeks...

around the early parts of May I started to realize I needed to make a decision...

Be negative and complain OR get creative, get progressive and find another way to make 2020 a good one.

I reverted back to my three year project plans and simply brainstormed adjustments... focusing on the CAN DO‘S.

They were instrumental in piecing together our debut album, Born To Wander...

and now, you ask??

Now more than ever, together we are creating...

using as much studio time as possible to record, write, collaborate and assemble a project that has been waiting...

waiting for the right time...

for the right people...

the right emotions...

Where I am right in this moment feels more natural than what I had planned in January...

This music is emerging to be multidimensional...

Genre shattering...

an outlaw in the world of music...

Jazz, soft rock, rock and roll, hip hop, beach vibes, 80s, and hints of instruments from many different cultures... all wrapped up into a biographical country album.

Plans change...

$#¡+ happens...

and I’m learning to ride the waves.

2020 will be a year we share with generations to come...

For me, I want it to be a year that I’m able to spread a little bit of love with this new music we have coming for you...

I’m a firm believer that this country, no matter what the challenge will unite and rise to become stronger. Be well in this beautiful world we get to live in and I’ll talk to you soon my friends. Thank you for the privilege of your time.
